Our role as independent inspectors is to ensure that the Client and the Architects specification has been adhered to and where we identify the shortfall raise the issue as a defect and aim to bring the project back in line to the standard that was expected. Lampos has been in business for almost 3 years and it is rare to have materials delivered to site badly made, or of poor quality. Two problems abound that end up causing most of the problems identified on job after job after job.

Without doubt training can only help to improve the standard of installation. It would appear that very little training is provided and in the main therefore the independent inspector adds value.


Specs not being changed ensures the envelope is what was specified. Components not being changed for lower quality and cost at the disadvantage of the investor ensures the quality of the design is maintained.

Manufacturers are not relied on to provide impartial inspections or opinion as we are independent and do not supply materials or await payment.
